Applied AI: Three Learnings from Shipping
Closing segment of the WorkOS Applied AI Showcase. After demos of our autonomous agent harness CLI, GTM intelligence platform, and the Horizon agentic coding platform, I shared three learnings from shipping internal AI tooling at WorkOS: interface beats stack (Bartleby vs Blog Bot, eighteen months apart, same idea, different door), complete the loop (capture → plan → execute → ship), and the imagination gap (re-ask the question every quarter).
